Beyond the theoretical presentations, the workshop provided a hands-on environment where startup teams showcased their MVPs/prototypes and interacted directly with testers. Through this experiential activity, founders gathered critical feedback, which they will continue to refine alongside mentors in 1-on-1 coaching sessions. This process is designed to adjust testing strategies and perfect products toward achieving Product-Market Fit.
