WORKSHOP: MVP TESTING STRATEGY & LAUNCHING PLAN<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the evening of August 25, 2025, the UEH Institute of Innovation (UII) successfully organized the specialized workshop “MVP Testing Strategy & Launching Plan” as part of the UII Incubation Program 2025. The event welcomed 09 startup projects alongside over 30 guests participating as beta users for product testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program featured two prominent guest speakers – founders in the technology sector – who provided practical insights into product development and early-stage validation. Mr. Tuan Ngo, Founder and CEO of Beloved & Beyond (Vidimi), introduced a product development approach based on the Build<\/em> \u2013 Measure<\/em> \u2013 Learn<\/em> model. He emphasized the vital role of shortening testing cycles, mitigating risks, and continuously refining products based on market feedback data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the session, Mr. Trung Nguyen, Founder and CEO of Tagedu, shared expertise on the process of building and testing an MVP from the ground up. Notably, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in MVP development was highlighted as a strategic solution to optimize costs, accelerate deployment, and enhance adaptability to user needs – essential elements for any modern fintech or tech – driven startup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the theoretical presentations, the workshop provided a hands-on environment where startup teams showcased their MVPs\/prototypes and interacted directly with testers. Through this experiential activity, founders gathered critical feedback, which they will continue to refine alongside mentors in 1-on-1 coaching sessions. This process is designed to adjust testing strategies and perfect products toward achieving Product-Market Fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
