OVERVIEW ABOUT UEH BIZTECH HACKATHON
UEH Biztech Hackathon is a program to find new technology application solutions to solve life’s problems, encouraging students across the city to bring their learned knowledge into practice. Starting from 8 AM the previous day to 12 PM the following day, a 4 or 5-member team with technology and business background will try to build a concept of product/service or solution to solve the pain points of customers in a given context.

Beyond the challenge of the competition, the event serves as a dynamic environment for holistic development. It provides a unique platform where participants can refine their teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills under pressure. By connecting diverse talents and fostering a spirit of innovation, the hackathon not only bridges the gap between theory and reality but also empowers young creators to turn their potential ideas into impactful contributions for society.
KEY ACTIVITIES
Training sessions
These sessions are designed to coach participating teams in technology and innovation knowledge and skills. Gain more knowledge and skills about startup and innovation. Get an opportunity to connect to mentors, experts, teachers, and investors in many fields: business, technology, industrial insights, innovations, etc.
28 working hours of experience
Under expert guidance, participants will have 28 working hours to construct a Proof of Concept (POC) or Prototype for their group's concept. The products aim to tackle the challenges related to technology, sustainable development, and innovation in the topic related
Diversity of majors and backgrounds
The participants are from different universities in Vietnam and international students, creating opportunities for all participants to learn and enhance themselves.
