UEH COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY AND DESIGN STUDENTS: CONFIDENT AND REACHING OUT TO THE WORLD<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On January 16th, 2026, Pham Vu Minh Kiet, a student from the UEH College of Technology and Design (Class ER001 \u2013 K49), along with two teammates from NEU and VGU, successfully passed the selection round of the One-Day Hackathon NextGen Consumer Challenge. They have officially become UEH representatives to attend the Youth Consumer Forum 2026 in Jakarta, Indonesia, from February 9th to 11th, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the host and co-organizer of the NextGen Consumer Challenge Hackathon in Ho Chi Minh City, the UEH College of Technology and Design selected potential UEH students for the competition. The college also connected experts from UEH and CTD faculty, along with corporate speakers, to share specialized knowledge on consumer protection with the participants. All five competing teams demonstrated a solid knowledge base, creative problem-solving abilities, and a positive, professional working spirit. Surpassing other talented teams, Minh Kiet and his teammates were highly rated by the Board of Organizers and chosen as the best team to continue their journey at the Youth Consumer Forum 2026, with all expenses sponsored by GIZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NextGen Consumer Challenge is a competition for undergraduate and graduate students nationwide, aiming to empower and enhance the capacity of Vietnamese youth to become smart and responsible consumers in the digital economy.
