The UEH Institute of Innovation (UII) is a science and technology organization under the College of Technology and Design, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH). It serves as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship in the region. With a mission to nurture entrepreneurial spirit among students and support the startup ecosystem, UII focuses on three key pillars:

• Startup Incubation: Providing workspace, resources, and mentorship programs to help startups develop and achieve sustainable growth.

• Technology and Innovation Education: Organizing training courses, workshops, and skill-enhancement programs to help startups and individuals gain a deeper understanding of technology and innovation.

• Innovation Research: Conducting in-depth research on innovation to support businesses and startups in applying advanced technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Support UII Startup Incubator in organizing startup exchange programs with domestic and international partners.

• Collaborate with startups at UII on market research, product development, and business expansion projects.

• Participate in research projects on technology trends, innovation, and consumer behavior.

• Assist in organizing incubation events, such as fireside chats, workshops, masterclasses, hackathons, etc.

• Support startups in international market expansion, including market research, entry strategies, and partnership development.

• Work alongside mentors and industry experts in startup consulting and training sessions.

• Perform administrative tasks to support the UII team and other tasks as assigned by the manager.

• Strong foundation in project management and digital platform implementation.

• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology.

• Proficient in professional English, with the ability to communicate and work with international partners.
