The collaboration between Young Marketers and UEH has officially launched its first-ever program tailored specifically for UEH students who aspire to become professional marketers!



60 HOURS TO PRO-LEAGUE - This program is not a competition or a traditional training course. Instead, it is a journey to nurture young talents passionate about responsible marketing, with a deep understanding of how marketing shapes and impacts people’s lives. UEH and Young Marketers believe that theory and practical experience are inseparable.

There is no better way to learn theory than by engaging in real-world experiences, just as there is no way to become a great marketer without a solid foundation of knowledge.

This 60-hour learning journey promises to offer professional marketing experiences. Are you ready?

What makes 60 HOURS TO PRO-LEAGUE special?

  • This is the first hands-on marketing program specifically designed for UEH students.

  • It connects students with professional marketers from multinational corporations and leading companies in Vietnam.

  • The program equips students with practical knowledge and insights across various fields, job positions, and marketing stories, featuring three key components:

36 hours of self-study on the Brand Camp platform with selected resources to broaden the thinking and perspectives of potential marketers, preparing them to become professionals. Key topics include:

  • Strategic Brand Positioning in Practice

  • Product Marketing Strategy

  • Design Thinking in Business

  • Brand Positioning Strategy Design

  • Brand Talk: How marketing in the U.S. differs from Vietnam

  • Brand Marketing Plan

  • Segmentation for Business Growth

12 hours of core knowledge reinforcement, with practical insights shared by seasoned marketers who graduated from the Young Marketers Elite Development Program. Topics include:

  • Back to Basics: Where to play and how to win

  • Seeking and Activating Insights

  • Revisiting Brand Positioning – The battle of the mind

  • Crafting the Product Concept

  • Working with Agencies – Real-world experience sharing

  • Activating Connected Campaigns: Planning, Developing, and Implementing

12 hours of practical experience sharing and initial career insights from professionals working in various marketing roles across industries such as FMCG (Cosmetics), Banking & Finance, Real Estate & Insurance, E-commerce and Super Apps, Technology, Home Appliances and Digital Gadget, Fashion (Shoes and Clothing), Game & E-Sport.

Who is 60 HOURS TO PRO-LEAGUE for?

This program is for third- and fourth-year UEH students from economics-related fields who have a basic understanding of marketing, are interested in becoming professional marketers, and are ready to explore different areas of the marketing industry.

The 60 most outstanding candidates will be selected based on a 60-second video submission as required by the Organizing Committee.

Key Dates

  • Registration period: October 16 – November 6, 2021

  • Submission deadline: 8:00 PM, November 6, 2021

  • Result announcement: Expected before November 11, 2021

  • Program start date: Every Saturday and Sunday, from 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM, from November 13 to December 31, 2021.

Who are the judges for the 60 HOURS TO PRO-LEAGUE selection round?



This year’s selection panel includes not only reputable lecturers from UEH but also experienced marketers, including:

  • Ms. Đặng Hoài An – Co-Founder of Young Marketers; former Head of Marketing at Momo, Samsung Mobile, Pepsi Foods, Shell Vietnam, and Unilever.

  • Mr. Nguyễn Phú Cường – Marketing Director at Biti’s.

  • Mr. Huỳnh Phước Nghĩa – Deputy Director, UEH Institute of Innovation.

  • Dr. Đinh Tiên Minh – Head of Marketing Department, UEH School of International Business and Marketing.

How to register and submit for 60 HOURS TO PRO-LEAGUE:

  • Students are required to submit a 60-second video introducing themselves (using English is encouraged). The video should answer the following question: "If you were selected to join the '60 HOURS TO PRO-LEAGUE' program, how would it help you grow (in terms of mindset, skills, etc.), and how would you contribute to the marketing community in Vietnam?"

  • Submit the video via a Google Drive link through the registration form. If the video is posted publicly on personal Facebook with the hashtags: #60HourstoProLeague #UEH #UII #YoungMarketers, you will receive a special gift from the Organizing Committee.

  • Registration and submission deadline: before 8:00 PM on November 6, 2021.

*100% based on the judges' evaluation.

Additional submission notes:

  • Only the first submission will be accepted. Multiple submissions will not be considered valid, so please double-check all information before submitting.

  • The results of the selection round are expected to be announced before November 11, 2021, on UII’s fanpage.

  • The purpose of the video presentation is to find young people who are truly passionate about marketing and aspire to become professional marketers.



The 60 HOURS TO PRO-LEAGUE program is the first of its kind designed specifically for UEH students, aiming to provide practical marketing knowledge and opportunities to connect with the professional marketing community.
