RECAP: WORKSHOP ON MVP TESTING STRATEGY AND PRODUCT LAUNCHING PLAN
On the evening of August 25, 2025, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City’s Institute of Innovation (UII) hosted a specialized workshop titled “MVP Testing Strategy & Launching Plan.” The event was organized for nine startup teams currently participating in the UII Incubation Program 2025. It also welcomed 30 guest participants who served as product testers, alongside two guest speakers—both founders of technology-driven enterprises.
Mr. Tuấn Ngô, Founder and CEO of Beloved & Beyond (Vidimi), shared his experience in developing the Vidimi product within a three-month timeframe. By applying the Build – Measure – Learn framework, his team was able to shorten the development cycle, mitigate risks, and continuously optimize the product based on real user feedback.

Following that, Mr. Trung Nguyễn, Founder and CEO of Tagedu, presented his approach to MVP testing from the early stages of his project. He emphasized the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to build MVPs in a fast, flexible, and cost-effective manner, while maintaining adaptability to market responses.

Beyond theoretical insights, the workshop provided practical engagement for all participating startups. Each team was allocated a dedicated booth to showcase their MVP or prototype, interact directly with users, and collect feedback. Subsequently, teams received one-on-one mentoring to refine their MVP testing strategies, ensuring alignment with the goal of achieving Product-Market Fit.

This hands-on experience enabled startup teams to reassess their strategic direction, identify potential risks, and prepare for the next phase of acceleration in their entrepreneurial journey.
The workshop concluded successfully, offering meaningful contributions to product development and delivering valuable academic and experiential insights to all attendees. It served as a platform for learning, innovation, and strategic refinement in the context of startup growth and market readiness.
