is an annual event that aims to provide UII startups with a chance to meet investors and potential partners for investment and collaboration. The event is also a celebration of everything that startups represent: the “a-ha” moment, the team formation, the company generation, first milestones such as an MVP, first customers, or revenue. It’s about the pure grit, drive, and determination that founders go through to create something new and innovative, and, hopefully, something with the right product-market fit that will go on to form the next wave of tech.

Startups with tech-related business models deliver the 5-minute pitches about their businesses to a crowd of investors. Before and after the Startup Pitching session, startups and investors will have the opportunity to schedule one-on-one meetings through a “Startup x Investor Speed Dating” platform.

UII will provide support and coaching for startups and link potential investors and startup founders up so they can have further in-depth discussions.

The UII Demo Day event seeks to match investors with like-minded startup founders in order to strengthen the startup ecosystem and create the connection that matters for development and success.
