UIIxASHAVI | MARKET RESEARCH WORKSHOP SERIES FOR STARTUPS
The Market Research For Startups Program is a collaborative initiative between UII Startup Incubator and ASHAVI, designed to support startups in the UII Startup Incubator community. This program helps startups navigate the process of researching their potential customers and markets. The primary goal is to raise awareness and promote the practical application of market research in the startup and SME communities. Additionally, it provides essential tools and methods for startups to collect and analyze consumer data, allowing for well-informed business decisions.
The Market Research For Startups workshop series focuses on four main topics, each addressing a different aspect of market research. From understanding target customers to mastering market pricing information, developing reasonable pricing models, and exploring the customer purchasing journey, this series covers it all.
The workshops also guide startups in understanding each stage of the customer journey, optimizing product and service experiences to enhance customer satisfaction. Moreover, effective methods will be provided to evaluate the assumptions made during customer research - forming the foundation for creating products or services that align with market needs.
