Introduction: The Master’s Program in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship is designed to develop innovation professionals, business leaders, and startup founders who can drive change across enterprises, startups, and corporations. At UII, you will learn to combine business strategy, innovation management, and technology to create impactful solutions. The program equips you with strong foundations in business and strategic management, innovation and technology management, along with an innovative mindset. Through practical learning, you will develop the ability to design new business models, implement innovation strategies effectively, and lead transformation within organizations.
Eligible applicants / Target learners: The program is designed for learners who seek to develop their expertise and managerial capabilities in technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Upon graduation, learners can pursue career opportunities in technology firms, startups, investment funds, government agencies, or research institutions, taking on roles related to digital transformation, product development, innovation management, or the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Program learning outcomes (PLOs)
Knowledge
- PLO1.1 Connect knowledge of sustainable development and social responsibility to innovation management and entrepreneurship, contributing to innovation, digital transformation, and the improvement of organizational and business competitiveness.
- PLO1.2 Be able to analyze and apply advanced knowledge, theories, and frameworks from different disciplines- such as strategic management, technology management, R&D, innovation management systems (ISO 56002:2019), and design thinking-to real-world business situations. This includes making decisions and evaluating strategies and innovation activities in enterprises, organizations, and startup projects.
- PLO1.3 Choose advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in areas such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies, new product and service development, intellectual property, automation, and process optimization to develop and implement innovation strategies.
Skills
- PLO2.1 Demonstrate leadership and management capabilities in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments, with the ability to coordinate, mobilize, and optimize resources while fostering entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.
- PLO2.2 Analyze, evaluate, and argue solutions to problems in business management, strategic management, innovation, entrepreneurship, and complex business models using critical thinking, innovation, and both quantitative and qualitative methods.
- PLO2.3 Integrate and analyze issues in business management, strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, and business models, and propose effective solutions for organizations and enterprises.
- PLO2.4 Demonstrate, convince, critique, debate, defence ideas and knowledge effectively based on research, including the ability to present, convince, critique, debate, and defend viewpoints on strategy, innovation activities, and the management of technology, R&D, and innovation projects in a scientific and effective manner.
- PLO2.5 Evaluate the global environment, including political, economic, cultural, and technological factors, international markets, cross-cultural communication, and global economic trends.
- PLO2.6 Proficient use digital tools and modern technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), within the field of expertise to analyze data, manage information systems, and evaluate insights in order to forecast market trends, support strategic decision-making, and develop effective solutions to real-world business problems in a systematic and evidence-based manner.
